Next chapter unveiled for Industrial Roofing Scotland
The Industrial Roofing Scotland team are excited to announce a significant milestone in the company’s history and are delighted to unveil the next step in our journey. After months of hard work, planning and negotiating, we have taken possession of the keys to our new premises. This latest development marks an important moment for Industrial Roofing Scotland and reaffirms our plans to forge ahead within the Commercial Roofing and Cladding space to become one of the leading industrial roofing service providers in Scotland.
Our Vision and Growth
Formed in 2013, Industrial Roofing Scotland has evolved over time and now facilitates commercial roofing and cladding works throughout Scotland to a wide and varied customer base. This growth and dedication to our customers, aligned to our commitment to our people and continuous improvement now requires us to move to a more accommodating space, which will allow us to pursue our vision and future goals in a fantastic new environment.
Location, Location, Location
Throughout our 10-year history, we’ve had several places to call home. Our newest residence, located within the Lomond Business Park on Baltimore Road, supported by our colleagues from our Bellshill Office at Strathclyde Business Park, will allow us to continue to best serve our existing client base, whilst giving us the scope and opportunity to not only expand our team, but expand upon the products and services we offer to our clients. The combination of office and industrial space offers the perfect blend for our technology savvy teams to optimise and improve our operational procedures and processes.
Core Values
At our core, Industrial Roofing Scotland aims to provide its staff with a comfortable, creative, and inspiring environment in which to create long lasting value for our customers. We believe our new modern and welcoming business premises will do just that, as well as offer an adaptable and flexible workspace in which to accommodate our in-house training programme. We look forward to seeing how this new environment helps us to enhance our productivity, ingenuity, company-wide collaboration, and training.
“The new premises come complete with an independent space that will be utilised as a training facility and base for our on-site teams. Online, in-person and practical training programmes will help improve company-wide skillsets and know-how, whilst also providing a great platform to standardise and improve our installation processes for the benefit of all our customers,” commented David McGrorty (IRS Technical Manager).

Packing up and Moving On
The physical move will take place over the coming weeks; however, we’d like to take a moment to thank all our existing and previous customers who have shared our journey so far. We’d also like to thank The Lomond Group for their support in making this move a reality.
