Re-sheet and Stripping
If your existing building has asbestos cement roof sheeting on it you may want to consider stripping and re-sheeting your roof.

Over sheeting
This operation is the least disruptive method of solving roofing issues and does not disturb your existing roof. Instead, a new spacer bar is installed between your old roof and your new roof. Your chosen roofing materials are then installed on the new bar. This then creates a cavity between the two roofing panels, which allows for insulation to be considered. This may increase the thermal performance of your building. Translucent panels can also be considered to increase the amount of natural daylight into your building.
