Planned Preventative Roof and Gutter Maintenance Programme Service Breakdown:
Inspection: By joining our planned preventative maintenance programme, the Industrial Roofing Scotland team will visit you on site for an inspection at an agreed duration between visits.
Reports: After each visit we’ll give you a report on the performance of your roof (almost like an annual MOT) where we’ll highlight areas of concern or issue a clean bill of health until our next visit.
Small Repairs: Depending on the package, we can also undertake small remedial works to ensure the best tenure from your roof, including cleaning out gutters and removing debris that has built-up on the roof from our last visit.
Big Repairs: As always, a full report will highlight any potential or future failures, giving you and us time to plan and fix any issues before they turn into larger and costlier problems. We can then work together to schedule, undertake and keep your roof performing at an optimal level over a protracted length of time – all as part of the ppm maintenance plan.

Typical Costs
We have several packages available from just a simple inspection and report, through to packages that include annual gutter and roof health checks. Give our team a call and we’d be happy to run through the associated costs. Your building’s location, roof access and building size will all be a factor in the cost of your planned preventative roof maintenance plan – but we’ll be up front and honest with you at each-and-every stage.
How it works:
- We’ll visually inspect your commercial or industrial building’s roof for signs of water ingress, eroded fixtures and fittings, pooled water and various other tell tail signs of water damage or leakage.
- We will also make sure your water drainage system is functioning as it should and ensure that any built-up sediment, moss, or debris is removed to ensure optimal performance until our next visit.
- As part of our annual inspection, we’ll catalogue any future potential issues and provide photographic evidence of the findings we have uncovered.
- Our team will provide you with a full written report on any works completed as part of your PPM plan and of course pinpoint areas of concern that could require additional maintenance. Having a prolonged approach to roof care with a trusted partner will help you build up a real understanding of the ongoing condition of your roof and subsequent maintenance requirements.
