Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead the Flat Roofing division within our industrial Roofing & Cladding company.
- Demonstrate expertise in flat roofing systems, ensuring high-quality installations and adherence to industry standards.
- Take charge of estimating processes, providing accurate and competitive quotes for projects.
- Drive customer acquisition, fostering strong relationships to secure new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in flat roofing with a proven track record of successful projects.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and build a dedicated flat roofing team.
- Proficient in estimating and budgeting for flat roofing projects.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

Location:
This is a full-time, permanent role based at our offices in Glenrothes or from our offices in Bellshill, Lanarkshire. A drivers licence will be required.
